X axis motion during Y retract when homing.

I have recently been trouble shooting some problems with my x axis when I noticed some wired things happening during my home sequence. I am not sure if these two issues are related. During the homing sequence the both tool heads stay in position (like they should) until the y retract happens. During the y retract both tool heads move into each other causing crashes when they should be staying in place. After that each toolhead homes x just fine. What gives?
Solution:
I belted my Y axis wrong on Y2 motor

To me it Looks and sounds like something in your xy belt path is lose and cant keep up with the fast moves. Either the pulleys rotate on the motors axis, or the belts are too lose and slip over the pulleys

@tillibilli5671 That would be true if the motors weren’t moving inwards. On an IDEX machine the toolhead move outwards if you move the y axis back, inwards when moving the gantry fwd.

Hmm yess seems like you are right… if its something about the config or software it feels weird to me that it only happens on the backward move
