Windows Save file not syncing when using Linux
my save file when I played Tiny Tina's Wonderlands on Windows is not appearing or downloading when I install and play on Linux.

heroic does not sync to the cloud saves by default, you have to manually enable it

at step 3, ensure that you're sending the right save to the right destination

make sure to back up your save files first
if you mess up they will be gone forever

what's the path it should be? how do I determine the correct path? Also I made sure to select download and force download.

I think it'a not reading the save file.

if you have a back up, you can force the download.. if you've loaded the once already before setting up the saves, it will have created a save file newer than the one in the cloud

Even when I forced download, it didn't read the save.

I tried uploading my save from steam but after uploading it the game was still not progressed.

through heroic, the same way I tried downloading. I don't think either of them did anything.
I copied the save from the documents folder into the documents path in heroic (.wine). then hit upload.

whenever I loaded up the game it always had zero characters like a first-time playthrough.

your save file is going to a bad place:
/home/eck/.wine/drive_c/users/eck/Documents/My Games/Tiny Tina's Wonderlands/...
this is also inconsistent with your earlier log and where your prefix is located: "winePrefix": "/home/eck/Games/Heroic/Prefixes/default/Tiny Tinas Wonderlands"
