Bluetooth Mouse refuses to connect in KDE Desktop

I've switched over from GNOME desktop and even in that one the mouse was having trouble. The model is a HP Travel Mouse, wireless, completely Bluetooth. For whatever reason I'm able to connect it in gaming mode but as soon as it goes a few seconds without inactivity I need to shake it to wake it up. This worked in GNOME after some trouble shooting (connecting the 1st switch to bazzite and the 2nd to windows) that seemed to fix it.

This time around I've completely wiped my partition, so no Windows 11 dual boot to test this on. I've however tested it by connecting the 2nd Switch to my iPad and... Doesn't seem to work, on top of that any and all attempts to pair the mouse in desktop mode doesn't seem to work, which is completely different from the GNOME one.

I've tried checking for updates, a few internet tips, but nothing seemed to fix it.
