oc doubt

hello i have a doubt can't the ch3 be considered a group (group of atoms) ( though it being part of the main chain) for the other 5 carbons , and the the 5 carbons chain be considered a group for this single carbon?

It is a group but as far as a IUPAC naming is concerned we dont treat it separately it is to be treated same as other C atom in the chain
