Request for Review – Possible Device False Detection
Hello Support Team,
My account has recently received a second ban. The first lasted 1 day, and the second—issued after about 2 days of gameplay—lasted 3 days.
I’m playing on an iPad Pro 2024 (M4). I’ve carefully reviewed the terms here: https://www.pubgmobile.com/terms/GBR/ and I am confident I haven’t used any third-party software or violated the rules.
I’m concerned there may be a technical issue where the system is incorrectly detecting my device as running unauthorized software. My iPad has no modifications or suspicious apps installed.
If there are recommended steps—such as a system reset or updating iPadOS—that could help avoid this issue, please let me know. I want to make sure I comply fully and prevent longer bans in the future, because I understand next one will be even bigger. I love the game and trying to understand what to do in such situation
Thank you for your time and for looking into this matter.
Best regards,
I can share my ID if needed

Thanks, not usefull at all.
What could be worse than banning cheaters? Banning players for playing fair. Soon it will become the game's motto.
Takes away all desire to play
