Coordinate compounds

Having some trouble in C.N 4 type of complexes. Like [Co(NH3)4(NO2)2 ]+2, why does this have no unpaired electrons. When do we do force pairing in C.N = 4 complexes

CN is 6 because 6 monodentate ligands are there and if unpaired e part is bugging you i suggest you try to make the vbt once it will help
