It is not possible to restore friends after they've been deleted. You will need to add them back manually.

Some sign up thing then they asked for verification I gave it to them

You now now that the game will never ask you for any login or qr code. The only time you have to log in with your account details is when you open the game to log in.
That’s an often used scam where scammers try to fake some sort of login that then try’s to get your login details or to scan the ingame login qr code.
yeah it was a fake tournament they made it look so real
