Hi my account recently been hacked.
Im constantly trying to file a claim but i cant it says : Suspicious activity has been detected on this account. To submit your claim, please contact the PUBE MUBiLE i nam for your case to be reviewed manually first. Manual reviews will not count towards your submission limit.
But when i go there trying to submit another it says submit in a regular device. I dont know what the problem is here can y’all please help out.

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery....

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery.
Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information.
If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.
@Quendi i have done two reports by now but havent seen my account on the recovery or either pending list ??
