My sever is looking for older assests in the wrong folder

I am running TrueNas - Scale 25.04.2 My Immich server is installed using the app view on the web interface App Version: v1.138.0 Version:v1.9.16 Only my most recent photos appear in the timeline, this on the web version because images on my phone that still have local copies are also stull there. Oldest photo i can see on my server is Jul 25th If i navigate to the files on the dataset they are there. I notice that the split of the files is also the same split with the used folder in Immich, files in library are there, older files in upload. I have attached 500 lines of log from the docker instance, it seems to be looking for the thumbnails and the files in the wrong folder, it ads an extra /upload before the correct folder and file name. I have no idea why. I have recently migrated to the new data structure, hoping this would solve my problem. I have also enabled data storage template (default settings) and tried several times to run the migration job, none of this has helped. I have attached a small screen gram of the folder structure of my data dataset. I believe it is correct as per migration instructions.

There seems to be some mention in the 1.370 version release notes about double upload folder structure, but I am not sure how to use that information to fix my problem
