My sever is looking for older assests in the wrong folder

I am running TrueNas - Scale 25.04.2
My Immich server is installed using the app view on the web interface App Version: v1.138.0 Version:v1.9.16

Only my most recent photos appear in the timeline, this on the web version because images on my phone that still have local copies are also stull there.

Oldest photo i can see on my server is Jul 25th
If i navigate to the files on the dataset they are there.
I notice that the split of the files is also the same split with the used folder in Immich, files in library are there, older files in upload.

I have attached 500 lines of log from the docker instance, it seems to be looking for the thumbnails and the files in the wrong folder, it ads an extra /upload before the correct folder and file name. I have no idea why.

I have recently migrated to the new data structure, hoping this would solve my problem. I have also enabled data storage template (default settings) and tried several times to run the migration job, none of this has helped.

I have attached a small screen gram of the folder structure of my data dataset. I believe it is correct as per migration instructions.

There seems to be some mention in the 1.370 version release notes about double upload folder structure, but I am not sure how to use that information to fix my problem

The migration template migrated your new photos whose path was saved in the db with the new path

After running the command you should rerun the migration job to have everything in library

Yup... that was it. The worst par is i found this fix on reddit days ago but it didt work then because i had not migrated the dataset, and today i could not find the post again.
