🚨 Need Help – My PUBG Account was hacked and unfairly banned 🚨

I need urgent help regarding my PUBG Mobile account.
My account ID: 52199347220 was hacked by someone.
After the hacker used cheats, my account was banned for 10 years.
I have already proved ownership (with payment history & login evidence).
This punishment is unfair because I never used cheats – the hacker did.
I already submitted tickets and emails, but there is no response.
I kindly ask Tencent/VNG staff or community managers to review my case and help me unban my account.
This account is very important to me, and I hope the team can recheck the login records to see it was hijacked.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
