Hello, Moderators and Community Managers. I am writing to provide feedback on the ban appeal process. My account was recently given a 10-year ban, and I am certain this was a mistake as I have never used cheats or violated the terms of service.
I followed the official procedure and used the in-game "File Claim" system, but my appeal was unfortunately declined. I have also sent a follow-up email to customer support (PUBGMOBILE_CS@tencentgames.com) requesting a manual investigation.
My feedback is that the initial, likely automated, appeal system may be producing false negatives. I believe my case is one such instance. A more thorough, manual review process for serious penalties like 10-year bans would greatly improve player trust.
Request:
I would be extremely grateful if a Community Manager could take a moment to look at my case ID and see if it can be escalated internally for a proper manual review. I have all the necessary screenshots and documentation.
