My account got hacked and I need help
My account has been hacked and I want to recover it or have it completely banned … and every time I report through customer service, this message pops up for me:
Claim declined. Please file your claim using a regular device. (30400044)
And I want to contact them and inform them about this… how can I do that!?

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery....

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery.
Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information.
If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.
