MY ACCOUNT GOT HACKED â NEED HELP FROM ADMIN
Hello Mods, sorry for disturbing, but I really need help.
My PUBG Mobile account was hacked and I can no longer access it.
I tried submitting an Account Claim in-game, but I cannot file the claim because I always get this error:
I am already using my original device (ASUS ROG Phone 3), but the system still blocks me, so I cannot send the claim from inside the game.
Here are my details:

I am the original owner, and I have never shared my account.
Please help me restore access to my account.
