About the "unfair perma ban"
Look, folks, I previously submitted a ticket regarding my account being stolen. My account name was changed to adrianabi when it was stolen, and my length of stay remained the same. There wasn't any third-party software on the computer; even if there was, it's possible a Trojan-like virus caused my account to be stolen. There was also a tracker and mouse software for newer products. I'll include the mouse model, software, and screenshot. I was investing in the account at that time. This is definitely an unfair ban. If you'd like, I can get all the friends I play with to send me tickets. My mouse model is a Gamebooster M18 Inferno. If the detected software is a form of cheating, it really, truly has nothing to do with me. As someone who's never used cheats in a game before, I don't think I deserve this. My computer recently got a lot of viruses, and I think you can see the number of formats I've used, due to the changing operating system. I'm the account holder, and I can say with absolute certainty that I haven't used any cheats. The reason I'm writing again today is that I've seen my hardware ban lifted. I'm trying to play with a new account, but I'm having a really hard time trying to play, especially since I've been unfairly banned. Look, I got a notification on my screen saying it would be permanently suspended. I've already submitted a ticket or two to you about my account being stolen and contacted you to get it back. I'm about to go crazy. Could you at least share the detected data with me?
