False HWID And Permanent ban For Third Party Applications
So yesterday i was playing ranked with my friends. Suddenly i see the loading screen thinking there was a cheater in the game. Next thing i see I'M Permanently banned for the usage of third party applications.
To make things clear i dont cheat in valorant and never have cheated in Valorant. I was very confused why i got banned since the Programs i was using while playing didnt give me an advantage what so ever.
The programs i had on were: Google Chrome, Discord, Spotify, Logitech G Hub, Valorant Tracker and obviously Valorant. I Contacted Valorant Player Support 3 TIMES in which 1 is still open and all they said was: That im a cheater and that the Decision was manually verfied (does that mean theres no way i can do something about it?).
Im really upset about this, i even bought some new skins recently so why should i even cheat and spend money when i wouldve got banned either way?
If someone could help me about this in someway i would be really Thankful
