I would just like to better understand why my account was banned due to cheating. I haven't installed any new software on my computer nor use any third party apps unless needed for school, etc.
I gathered evidences that would prove the allegation is false. The evidence that I have are the ff:

My previous ticket regarding my penalty was marked as final. However, I have obtained new, verifiable proof that was not included in the original review. Agents have only sent me the same automated message every time.
