College Network Proxy Heroic can't connect to server

Got into Masters and here in Dorm WiFi/LAN Internet Connection require me to add Proxy IP and Port to access internet..... I can browse and open Steam and epic on browser but Heroic Launcher is giving me Retrying Error followed by an Error Trace attached in text file.
