i got banned for 14 days because i presumably had an unlockall in my pc

so i had an unlock all on my pc and i got banned even tho i didnt use it when i played(i got banned on 2 accounts) but my question is can vanguard still flag it even if not used and if i delete it out of my pc will this fix my issue ? i also removed cheat engine and all things that could get me banned presumably but im still not sure and im seriously considering reseting my pc
