Finding used leather shoes with difficult size?
My left foot is 26.7cm in length, 11.4cm in width. I also have high instep, and I often don't know if the shoes would hurt the instep unless I tried them on. According to sizing guides online, my shoe size is US 9.5 6E. Are such shoes exist? I'm trying to save money by finding used shoes. Should I just give up and buy/order from shops?
A bit of context: I'm in Thailand. Brand new high quality leather shoes here is very hard to find. If there is, it's usually very pricey. People here usually buy used shoes from importers online.
