Instead, I got a purchase gift.

I would like to clarify that although the order shows as “successfully purchased,” I did not receive the 60 UC I paid for. Instead, I only received a 60 UC purchase gift, which is not the same as the purchased UC.

This is really unfair 💔. I’ve already tried the in-game customer service, but there’s no live chat or proper support—it feels like a total waste of time. I just want my purchased UC to be credited.
