Bypass cooldown period
DB is down, can't scale up for another several hours due to cool-down. Is there a way to bypass the cooldown so I can get back in

Probably need more info on what you are talking about and any error messages. I know there is a disk limit that can only be done a certain number of hours after last one. There is no way around that one.
