whenever I click Submit for review this error pops up, I've tried changing my IGN, still the same, how to fix this?

Hello @iNazFPS, please write your full four names. Because this problem mean that there's someone else registered into the website with the same full name "NAZMUL ISLAM FAHIM" So i think if you entered your full 4 names, your problem will be fixed.
I Submitted only 'NAZMUL' and it worked, thanks.
