my friend got this message and he tried to open it on the bios but when he do that the pc wont work so he removed his graphic card then he put it back to make the bios reset and he need help to fix this to play valo again

i have the same problem but in win 10 if im right it doesnt matter if its enabled or not thats why i made an comm help too
