WHatt to do

i tried restarting valorant, riot client, and even my entire computer but it never worked and the day earlier whenever i tried launching valorant it launched but as soon as it did it said "enable hvci" (this happened only on my laptop which is not old but its not exactly good and sometimes its buggy)
