Stripe Connecton
Hi, I currently have a prod and dev environment. On my dev environment I'm trying to connect with Stripe through Billing. I fill everything out as requested from Stripe's side and get redirected back to my Kinde account. However, once back in Kinde, I get stuck with 'B1902: Stripe requires additional information to be provided.'. Even if I click 'Update Stripe Information', the same thing will happen re-using the previously filled in information.
I have tried entirely disconnect stripe, deleting existing test accounts and sandboxes to the point I need to redo MFA but no luck.
Not sure what I'm doing wrong here, any help would be appreciated

Hi Jay,
The message ‘B1902: Stripe requires additional information to be provided’ means Stripe still needs more details from you to complete the account setup before the connection can become active in your Kinde dev environment. This typically happens if some business, tax, or identity verification info is missing or incomplete. Even if you’ve filled details previously, Stripe might not consider the onboarding complete until all required steps are done in a single uninterrupted session.
Here’s what you should do:
In Kinde, go to Settings > Environment > Billing and click Update Stripe information again.
On the Stripe onboarding screens, double-check for any fields flagged as incomplete or needing verification, especially:
Business details
Tax information
Identity verification
Complete all steps and submit. If you return to Kinde before finishing, Stripe may not save progress, so you’ll need to go through the flow again until all requirements are met.
Once everything is provided, the connection status should update to “Connected” in Kinde, allowing you to use billing features.
If you keep getting stuck, please reach us with your Kinde domain details.
Hi Krish, thanks for the response. Does this apply to test accounts as well?
