Waiting time
what is the time limit or minimum time for a player to load into a match? like when a game starts it takes some time to load from the lobby into actual game and during that phase the matchmaking or loading screen appears so if someone has a bad internet connection or high ping how long does the game wait before considering them afk or disconnected? i believe riot eventually kicks them out or marks them as afk if they take too long to load in but not sure @Riot Schmick

i dont believe this information is something we've ever publicly discussed
so unless you're talking to someone at Riot who works on the system, they are making an educated guess based on their own experience
i would rather ask to riot support, i think i will get correct answer over there

it isnt a stable time standpoint
it just waits
you can ask them, but i would be surprised if they know. that's an implementation detail of our system that probably hasn't been shared with them
usually that happens when someone's storage device is slow. it's usually not internet.

player support is the only official way. you can try making a thread in #community-help and sometimes some of the anti-cheat folks respond on those, but no guarantees b/c this isn't Riot's server so it's not officially part of their job to be here.
also, please dont piggy back on other people's threads. if you have questions, ping in #general or make your own

one more question, so i can only see the last 15 match history records and if i want to view more past matches, can i access them using riot's api or through third party tool like valorant tracker? @Riot Schmick if you have any idea about what things riot shares by api

yes tracker will have older match history if you've been looked up on there before
