Hello pubg mobile service am the owner of tho UID : 587817834 my account was stolen i was trying to recover my stolen account and i faced this issue please help me pubg mobile service team to get back my account

It says this when i try to recover my account !!

It is clearly stated here that you should contact the customer service
So then what i do ?
You contact the customer service regarding the same issue you came with here: “Your claim carries a risk and cannot be processed”
