Xbox one controller showing 360 layout button icons
So i am playing death stranding through the heroic games launcher using an xbox one controller with the pc wireless dongle and it is working great!.
My only pet peeve is that, at least for this game, the controller button icons show up as 360 buttons inside the game, is that an heroic issue? I tried adding the game to steam and running it from there but the layout stays the same

You can manually override the controller input icons in Death Stranding, I don't remember the exact menu but I know it's doable
Oh, I'll take a look, I might've missed it!.
I wonder what is the root cause though, since it shows up as a regular xone controller on windows, maybe the bazzite xone drivers?
Might be, check
lsusb or fastfetch and see if it reports as "Xbox Wireless Controller" or "X360 Controller"
