Unfair Banned VAN152
Good evening, I have a problem with Valorant and my PC. On August 23, I logged into the game and while it was loading, this message appeared. I don't know the exact reason for this problem. I contacted support and they told me that my device (PC) is not suitable for continuing to play Valorant, and that this suspension will last for four months. However, I can play on other devices (other computers). The day before, on August 22, I was playing live for 9 hours and had no problems with the game. I also did not do anything that broke the rules of the game... and that is what I find so strange. Could you say that it was a ban without a specific reason? I am willing to provide information about my PC, as this is affecting me as a professional Valorant player. I have been competing for years and have never had any problems with this ban. I want to emphasize that I contacted someone from support and they told me that my account does not have and will not have a penalty, as they told me to play on another device until the restriction on my PC is lifted.
