I wrote to you here on August 11th and you sent me a form link. I filled out the form and sent it. The form response came 2 weeks later. See the response #N/A

And now I'm sending the form again but it says it's sent but it doesn't appear in the live tracking list.
I sent it twice and it still doesn't show up.
I only sent the Play Store payment record before, but when I try to send it now, I have bank statements, a few Midasbuy orders, and screenshots and videos of me playing on the account before.
I deposited more than $7,000 into this account. My account was stolen, it was my fault, but give me back my account.
If necessary, take it to a private channel and I will share the information that the account is mine.
I can't lose this account and I don't want to throw away this money.

best thing to do is contact pubg mobile support from the website. They can try to get it back for you.

There's no support request section on the official website. There's only support, and that redirects to support within the mobile game. I can't open support from mobile because I formatted my phone for cleaning. When I try to open a support ticket on mobile, I keep getting the error "Log in from the device you're playing on."
The day a streamer's account is stolen, PUBG suspends it and launches an investigation. But when you're a regular player, you call support and do this, do that. I want my account back. I have clear proof that it's mine. I filled out the account recovery form, but the response was #N/A, meaning no response. Do we have to be streamers to recover our accounts?

Yes, I just checked, and the request was denied. It's ridiculous. I have clear proof that the account is mine, and I'm being denied.
I can't create a request from within the game. I recently formatted my phone to clean it. When I try to create a request in-game, I keep getting an error saying "Create a request from the device you're playing on."
