Rocket League -driver setup was busted-

Hey, I'm coming with a question, I have a problem playing a rocket league game with fps visibility. I feel like I play at 30 maybe 60 fps, even if in the game it shows me 300 and more, I have a 120hz monitor and everywhere else you can see smoothness but not in rocket league, does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Your driver setup is royally busted See the line that says llvmpipe That means cpu raster aka rendering done on cpu at least on desktop for some reason

The driver loads too late, please try embedding it into the initrd, i.e. add the lines nvidia nvidia-modeset nvidia-drm to /etc/initramfs-tools/modules and run sudo update-initramfs -u

Right, sudo apt remove .... ... part is all the nvidia related packages said as no longer required there EXCEPT steam-libs:i386 Dont remove steam libs thing When you remove all there except that steam one, restart the system. After restart sudo add-apt-repository ppa:graphics-drivers/ppa sudo apt update

Restart system After restart sudo add-apt-repository ppa:graphics-drivers/ppa sudo apt update How long that restart is taking? 🐸 Now go to your update manager, hit refresh button You should nvidia 580 stuff there ( hopefully ) Install it and when done restart the system
