Account Recover Problem

Your recovery form allows selecting “Over a year ago” for the hack, but then only accepts information from the last 6 months. Since my hack happened years ago, this is a contradiction. I have requested recovery several times, I have given all the old information and even the creation time, names, payment date for purchasing Prime and UC, but because of this bug, which only requires 6 months of information, the system apparently automatically rejects my request, even though I selected the Over A Year Ago option, I have sufficient and valid documents, but I am confused by this problem, what should I do now?

I have come to Discord with the same problem. When I selected my issue is over a year ago and i have provided all the proof over the year ago than why the security is asking information about 6 months older? Tell me what should I do now?

Tnx Bro🌹I hope you answer. Were you able to recover your account by filling out the form on this site? I provided them with all the necessary information, from the UC purchase receipt, account names, account creation date, all the details that I had for my own account years ago, but my request was still rejected. Apparently, they don't review it. Because on this site, I saw requests for about a month or more that were all rejected. It's like they're just being lazy and not reviewing it. I'm left wondering why they don't really follow up and fix our problem. My Codm account was also hacked years ago. I was able to get it back by providing all the details. Even though it was several years ago, my documents were valid. They rejected my request the first few times, but when it reached manual backup mode, they restored my account. But with my PUBG account, with all the general and detailed details, no one is responding and they keep rejecting it.

Please follow up on our problem, giving all the details and... the request was rejected, it seems like no one is checking and the system rejects everything, I want my account recovery to go to the manual stage, not the automatic system that rejects everything.
