Perma ban
Recently, I've been facing several issues with Vanguard, especially VAN 9051, which wouldn't even let me launch the game. Right after the Act update, a new error appeared: VAN RESTRICTION – Secure Boot verification failure. I contacted support multiple times, we tried several things, but nothing worked. I kept entering the game and staying in The Range or starting a Deathmatch to see if the error had gone away, but it never did.
Now, out of nowhere, I’ve been hit with a permanent account ban and a hardware ban. I suspect the Vanguard issue is related to my motherboard, since the only other person I’ve seen with this problem has the exact same setup. I’d really like to understand this ban, because I’ve never used any third-party software at any point. I’ve been playing since the beta and I believe this ban was applied unfairly — especially considering I wasn’t even able to play the game properly lately. I’d appreciate any help.
