Perma Ban
Hello. I have an account for more than 5 years. I have spent much money and more importantly a lot of time there. I played competitive everysing day. The last 2 months almost i was offline. The last competitive i played was 29/09/2025. After 30 days, at 30/10/2025 i played one deathmuch and i didnt receive any warning or any weird message while oppening the game. At 7/11/2025 i opened the game again and still 0 notifications or warnings. But while i had the game open i connected an old logitech webacam with usb. I closed the game and entered a zoom call i had to enter. Yesterday i go to open so i can start playing again and i see the perma ban notification. On my first ticket noone explained the supposed "cheating" even tho i asked for detailed information. Please, i would like to speak with a person to review my case.
