Request for Clarification on 2nd PDP Classic Themed Design Contest Submission.

Dear PUBG Mobile Team,
I recently submitted my entry for the 2nd PDP Classic Themed Design Contest. Unfortunately, I noticed that my submission with creation Ids i.e (728651,728653 ,718358,728002 and 728654 )did not pass the review phase. I am reaching out to kindly request clarification on the reason behind this decision.
I carefully reviewed the contest rules and requirements before submitting my design and ensured that it aligned with the given theme. As this contest means a lot to me, I want to understand where my submission may have fallen short so that I can improve in the future.
I truly value the opportunity PUBG Mobile provides to creators like me, and I would greatly appreciate your cooperation in guiding me with detailed feedback. Please do not let my creativity and hard work go to waste without explanation.

There is a separate PDP discord server which you will be invited to via the in-game mail after one of your creations will pass the review. You can then discuss with other artists to improve your work....

I'm a creator myself and a lot of my submissions were rejected without any explanation. Unfortunately, that's how it works.
Thank you for your response. I understand not all submissions can be shortlisted, but could you please confirm if my entry was rejected due to any issue besides the design (e.g., template, wording, or formatting)? Knowing this would help me improve for future submissions.
I cannot confirm anything because I'm not the judge and the admins of the PDP discord server always say that the judges do not give the exact reason.
Keep trying until one of your submissions passes and then you can ask other creators for their opinion.
There is a huge number of submissions in these contests. There probably wasn't anything wrong with your submissions in particular. The judges probably simply didn't value it more than the other creations that passed. You can take a look at all of the creations in the voting stage right now and see if they differ from those you made.
Thank you for the explanation. However, I still find it hard to believe that my submission did not pass to the voting phase. After reviewing the shortlisted creations, I feel that my work also had qualities that made it stand out. I truly gave my best, and I hope my future submissions will have a better chance of being recognized.
One more thing i want to know that Since I don’t believe my outfit design had any errors, could you please confirm if I am allowed to use the same design again in future events?
I believe you can reuse them if they were rejected

Can we only use the Photoshop template, or can we also make a template in Canva in 1920×1080 size?
It has to be 1920x1080
so its mean i can use canva right ?

i can use any software for the template or just photoshop to make template ?
