I still have a question about the ban, can I somehow get it lifted, or will I not be able to do so, or at least find out what the third-party program was that caused the ban, maybe I did install something that the anti-cheat didn't like, because I real don't use nothing during the game

Since gamerdoc manually reviewed your ban and confirmed it was rightfully placed, it won’t be lifted.
And they never reveal what got you banned....

You’d just have to wait 4 months and play on a new acc
Your ban was already review and correctly placed.
Even if other devs check, the answer won’t change
