Falsely Banned for the second time.
About 3 months ago my account shoot back#drgbh got banned for "3rd party softwares." for about a month i was non stop trying to get unbanned but they determined the account would stay banned. Shit out of luck atp. But, i got a new pc after that because i didn't want to wait for the hardware ban to finish. fast forward about 2ish months of playing on one account, please#dntbn (ironic) i got perm banned again while sitting in the lobby. same ban message same hardware ban.
Any help from a dev or anything would be greatly appreciated.
