SolvedAbout 45 days ago I got HWID banned on my account 50PercentHS#50HS and support wouldn't unban me after appealing saying they confirmed I was cheating but after I messaged gamerdoc when that happened he got me unbanned. Now history is repeating itself and I'm HWID banned for the 2nd time for no reason and support again wont unban me after appealing saying they confirmed my device was used to cheat. I hate that this keeps happening to me and if I have to I'm willing to just stop playing on the alt all together because it seems to be just such a problem. I've played on my radiant main randomshmuck57#4245 for years no problem but after creating the alt, hand leveling it, and grinding comp for around 1-2 months I started getting device banned. If someone can look into it or see if gamerdoc can look into it again that would be greatly appreciated.
