Type msinfo32
Show ss

Advanced tab > PCH-FW
Amd ftpm configuration
Change the TPM device selection to Firnware TPM
Done
Exit tab
And Save and exit bios
Then press windows key + r
Type TPM.msc
Show ss
Alright
