Mobile App: Album on This Device (0) - Redmi 9
Hello Team, I have installed immich mobile app in Redmi 9 (MIUI 12.0.18), but it is not showing the local album on the device.
Mobile App version: 1.139.4 build.3009
Server version: 1.139.4
I have tried giving all permissions. Rebooted the device, Reinstalled the application.
Please help

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
- Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l
and df -h
).
- The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.

Thank you for the support, but now 'assets' arenot backing up.
Can you toggle the enable backup option?
Yes I have done, But same result as not backup. When I enable backup, it starts "queuing" but nothing happens even after hour. In View details it shows "No Uploads in progress".
Can you try go to the setting page by clicking on the cog icon on the top right of the backup page, enable both button to allow cellular?
Then toggle off/on the backup button again
Same results, as you can see in the screenshots no assets are backed up, but when I disable backup, it start cancelling Queued items.



Can you go to the Beta Sync Stats page under the App Settings page and capture the screenshot there?
Hmm looks there there is some weirdness here
Do you mind just selecting the Camera album as the target for back up?
Selected camera album only, cleared all cache, didn't work. Reinstalled app again and selected only Camera album, it is doing the backup now. Thank you for all your support. I really appreciate your efforts also thanks to all developers.
