System hung on shutdown: watchdog0: watchdog did not stop

Last time I shut down bazzite, it was in a 55-second loop trying to do something with

dev-zram0.swap

dev-zram0.swap

dev-zram0.swap

dev-zram0.swap. Then the shutdown process stopped (see image). I forced reboot by applying Ctrl+Alt+Del and was greeted with a Grub that had reverted to 640x480 (??) and stays that way even after a reboot of bazzite.

Any ideas?

you can disable watchdog via a ujust command

nomodeset maybe? honestly idk, happened after the 0825 image, you can take a look at that,
you can turn off grub visibility anyways

It just always freaks me out a bit to have the boot process glitch out like that. I'm on dual boot, so I need Grub and I like having it at native resolution. But apparently bazzite doesn't allow Grub modifications, so I hope it'll fix Grub with the next update.

I haven't been able to fix it. It has happened once more, I haven't disabled watchdogwatchdog though.

I really dig the faster boot process, and given the fact that the shutdown process seems to be completed when the error message appears, I haven't messed with the system further.
