i had alts from iron up to radiant and not a single ban
nor flag
all my accs had skins in them so idk how they make up the rank manipulation thing
had a high immo acc w riot gun buddy and over 3k spent on it and no one gave a fuck
except for SOME top tier streamers that were boosting on stream
i cant name a single dude banned for boosting
