(1) In your current config role will stay or stack, meaning they will keep previous roles given. If you would like to change this to only have the highest reward, disable the "Stack Role Rewards" option outlined in the first picture.
(2) In addition, I see that you are requiring the next role for the lower level. For example to get the Chat [+10] role you currently have it set as needing Chat [+20] and it is only given for 15ms.
Unless there is a reason for a role requirement or temporary assignment (which I do not see) your rewards should all be set up like how your level 50 role is setup currently.

Kiai uses slash commands, which use the βprefixβ /. This is not changeable and Kiai does not support traditional message commands.
Please run the command /rewards list and show us the output.
