As compared to the nh3+ cation
We check electro negativity as we compare -I
As electro negativity increases, it is easier for an atom to withdraw electron density from a carbon atom

There is no effect of H in NH3+
But, there is an effect of +I of R in NR3+ which increases its electro negativity which in turn increases its -I effect
Wdym by repulsion factor ?
Ahh
Got it
Have you read Bent's Rule ??
You will understand more from it
Thanks a lot bro
