I have a all AMD system, can I install a Nvidia GPU and use it just for Cuda/NVENC?

I have a AMD Ryzen 9 system with a 5950 and a RX-6750XTX as a GPU.
This system is plenty fast enough for games, and I've found that as long as the AI algo can use Vulkan or OpenCL it tends to run pretty well on my card too. (RIFE, WAIFU, etc...)
But there's a bunch of other algorithms for TTS n shiz that only seem to work properly on CUDA.
I have a couple of old GTX 1060s from friends systems after they upgraded. If I crammed them in and got them installed into my system, do you think I'd be able to use them for JUST compute? Or would it interfere with my 6750's ability to play games?
(while using the same OS, no virtualization)
