The crash happens because tmod is trying to read files that live in your OneDrive documents folder while OneDrive is off

i just looked in my files and thay are local and in onedrive but as soonas i started it, it downloaded it

Pin the whole tML folder so it never flips to online-only

Go to your tmodloader folder location, right clock the tmod folder, and click always keep on this device

There should be a green checkmark after a bit
