Controller Headset Audio

I just made the leap into dual booting Bazzite, and I'm enjoying it so far. I do have one issue, though. When I hopped in Discord to game with some friends, I noticed that neither Discord or the system was detecting the headset from the Xbox One controller (plugged in via USB). The controller itself has been working fine on Bazzite.
I did look up some potential solutions online, but so far all the roads have led to stuff I'm having trouble finding for Bazzite specifically.
Is there a workaround to have my system detect my headset? And if not, is this a feature that could be potentially added?
