Headset audio borked

After installing the recent update and rebooting my system the audio quality has gone way down, I’ve tried most tips online and it still sounds like a tin can, I’ve tried over clocking and several other potential solutions to no avail. I’d like to get it situated because it makes most of the OS unuseable please help if you’ve experienced the same
