Domain Transfers stuck in Transfer Progress Waiting for 4 days

I have initiated 3 domains to be transferred to my Cloudflare account. one from my own crazydomains account, and two from some other admins registra account. i have followed the instructions exactly on cloudflare documentation: https://developers.cloudflare.com/registrar/get-started/transfer-domain-to-cloudflare/#transfer-statuses in the Transfer Statuses section it states: Transfer in progress: Your request has been submitted by Cloudflare to your previous registrar. Cloudflare is now waiting on them to confirm they have received the request. If this status persists for more than a day (24 hours), ensure that the domain has been unlocked at your current registrar and any WHOIS privacy services have been removed. Ive been waiting 4 days. Crazy domains support have confirmed everything has been done at their end, the IPS tag as been updated, domain unlocked, and everything is correct. The other IT Admin who is transferring the other two domains to be have also confirmed everything has been done correctly at their end. Crazydomains have said this: As per our domains team, please advise that your request for a registrar change has resulted in a handshake request to the receiving tag. The receiving tag has up to 5 days to respond, after which the request will expire. You will be notified of the success or failure of the registrar change by email. As such, kindly contact the gaining registrar and kindly inform them to accept the request to complete the transfer. Im now stuck. Ive tried to raise a support ticket with cloudflare but all I got was an automated or copy/paste email directing me to the same instructions above.
Cloudflare Docs
Transfer your domain to Cloudflare
Transferring your domain to Cloudflare tells your registry that a different registrar can now set those authoritative records for you. The relationship is based on trust. Registries only trust one registrar at any given time to make changes on your behalf.
