Background Queues
Hi! I need help canceling all the background actions in the queue. I have been trying to use the Cancel All button, but it does not work. The queue is still 999+, maybe theres a way on your end to force stop or cancell all of them? Thank you!

What's your app URL?
The button should work
App URL is
https://tz-custom-pricing.gadget.app/
Btw, thank you for responding
I think the queue has been like this since yesterday
Maybe the button works, but the queue is so big that it is taking time to cancel all the jobs?this is in development?
Yes
Alright, a colleague is getting this sorted out. If you don't mind taking a look at your usage reports tomorrow to see if there was a spike in request time, and if so, DM @Chocci_Milk with the details and we'll get it refunded.
Sorry about that. We'll also look into why the button didn't work, as I observed the same.
We're off for the day as it's a holiday in Canada, apologies for the delayed response as well.
Thank you so much!
I think you're good now
Not sure if theres just a delay, but the count is still at 999+

it will take a while to work down unfortunately
Depending on how annoying this is in terms of getting in the way of what you're building, you might want to consider forking the environment, taking the code and schema with you but not the jobs (or the data or shop install if shopify app -- unfortunately). But that might get you unblocked?
Hi! I saw the queues are all good now. Luckily, we were still able to test the new feature of our app. It would be great if there were a way to notify or display the current usage inside the app, as not all of us in our space receive notifications when the usage of an app spikes.
Anyway, thank you so much for helping! I reviewed the usage report, and there were spikes over the last two days. I will send this to Antoine as you've said yesterday. Thanks!
Hi guys! Sorry, but I think there is a weird issue going on with our app. It seems like our app restarts every second, and your internal syncs are not working.

The image on the right is our logs, and the "Successfully Set Whitelist" log came from the +scope.ts file, which, as I can remember, runs only when the app restarts, right?
Having someone take a look at this right now. We currently don't know why its happening but your application is booting and terminating in a loop
Got it! Thank you!
